Call for Volunteers for IMS Scientific Day

The Scientific Day Organizing Committee is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help at this year’s IMS Scientific Day! Volunteers will help with set-up, guiding presenters and judges to poster rooms, and/or clean-up. If you are not presenting at Scientific Day and would like to provide support for the largest academic event in IMS, please sign-up using this form by February 25, 2024. This is a great opportunity to get involved, network and learn about on-going research within IMS for a minimal time commitment (2-3 hours). All volunteers will receive a $15 gift card as a token of appreciation! Please see the form for more details.
