RSI Leadership Rehab Rounds

Presentation Summary:
This is a high-level presentation that will help people to have a foundational understanding of the framework and evidence that underpins the application of psychological first aid in our workplace. It will help people to understand the importance of knowing the signs of distress in themselves and in colleagues and provide them with the key principles of how to enact support. Importantly, this presentation will be centred in the Psychological Safety Standards of the Mental Health Commission of Canada and will help the audience understand how this work can make a contribution to change in culture.
