The IMSSA Wellness and Sporting subcommittees are welcoming all IMS students to join us for an evening of yoga and mindfulness meditation!

When: Monday, February 3rd, 6-7pm
Where: Dance Studio, Hart House Gym (bring student ID to enter)

Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. Mats will be provided! If you are interested in attending, please kindly fill out this RSVP form.
